DESCRIPTION:ART SG aims to create a dynamic platform for visionary and exciting contemporary art from Southeast Asia and around the world. The fair enables galleries to tap into the significant purchasing power of the region at the heart of Southeast Asia. It presents a comprehensive selection of works across painting, sculpture, drawing, installation, photography, video, and digital art.\nHighlights:A defining feature of ART SG is its high-profile program structured into three main sectors: GALLERIES, FOCUS, and FUTURES.\n\n\nGALLERIES showcases outstanding presentations from leading international and regional galleries.\n\n\nFOCUS presents curated programs that emphasize the development of artistic practices and the exploration of diverse media—particularly digital art and new media—by emerging and mid-career artists.\n\n\nFUTURES supports young galleries under ten years old, featuring specially curated content conceived for ART SG.\n\n\nBeyond the fairgrounds, ART SG is renowned for its extensive collateral program, which includes exhibitions across Singapore’s art institutions, private foundations and collections, as well as gallery openings.\nAudience:The fair attracts an international audience of collectors, curators, institutions, artists, and art enthusiasts. It serves as a major meeting point for dialogue, networking, and the discovery of new artists and artworks within Southeast Asia’s vibrant art scene.\nHistory:ART SG was founded by The Art Assembly and celebrated its successful debut in January 2023.
