The exhibition “Luc Tuymans – Edith Clever” is the prominent prelude to a new series of the Visual Arts Section of the Berlin Academy of Arts, in which works by Academy members from different artistic disciplines are confronted with each other. The Belgian painter and curator Luc Tuymans – a star of the art scene with his significant figurative style – has invited the German actress and director Edith Clever, who is an icon of theatre with her roles of strong women.
