DEEDS CALENDAR: 50 JAHRE MONGOLEI – DEUTSCHLANDART – ART CAMP BAVARIA – THEgallery | until 07.06.2024
To mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Germany and Mongolia, the ZEIGEN e.V. association is bringing together artists from both countries in the summer of 2024. In artist residencies in southern Germany and the monolithic province of Bulgan, they will work together on post-nomadic experience, cultural exchange, nature experience, sustainability and gender issues. Two Mongolian artists, Baatarzorig Batjargal and Gerelkhuu Ganbold, who are currently on show at the Venice Biennale, are among the participants. The project is being realised in collaboration with the “Blue Sun” Centre for Contemporary Art in Mongolia.
