DEEDS CALENDAR: K.Beauty. Korean Beauty, Story of a Phenomenon – Guimet National Museum (Paris) | until 06.07.2026
From March 13 to July 6, the Guimet National Museum presents the exhibition K-Beauty, which traces the evolution of Korean beauty ideals from the 18th century to the present day. Using a selection of works from its own collections as well as those from major South Korean institutions—including paintings, photographs, advertisements, clothing, and beauty accessories—the exhibition explores how a tradition characterized by balance, virtue, and inner harmony has given rise to an aesthetic that continues to influence the world today.
