Haus Bastian – Center for Cultural Education
Haus Bastian is the Center for Cultural Education of the National Museums in Berlin. In the immediate vicinity of the World Heritage Site Museum Island, it offers a wide range of opportunities for forward-looking educational and mediation work. It is a place for a wide audience: schoolchildren and students, children and families, young people and adults will not only find an ideal starting point for exploring the museums on Museum Island in a central location, they will also have the opportunity to follow up, expand and discuss their observations, experiences and questions in a creative way.
In addition to major regional and supra-regional educational projects, Haus Bastian offers a forum for discussing current and forward-looking educational issues such as social participation, inclusion and political education.
