KunstRAI is a well-established Dutch art fair combining contemporary and modern art. Around 100 selected galleries from the Netherlands and abroad will present works in painting, photography, vintage design, applied arts, postwar art, and art books.
Highlights:
The fair takes place at RAI Amsterdam, specifically in the Parkhal. In addition to classic gallery presentations, the program includes curated exhibitions, the Beeldenplein (sculpture square), discussion forums, and the “Artist Night.” Solo presentations by individual artists and thematic showcases further enrich the fair’s offerings.

KunstRAI is aimed at experienced collectors, gallerists, and curators, as well as art-interested visitors seeking to engage with the latest developments in modern and contemporary art.
History:
Founded in 1985, KunstRAI is one of the oldest art fairs in the Netherlands. Between 2006 and 2011 it was known as Art Amsterdam, before returning to its original name in 2012. Since 2023, the Parkhal at RAI Amsterdam has served as its permanent venue. From 2025, artistic direction will be led by Lisa van de Weerthof.
