For 24 hours on October 1st and 2nd, KW Institute for Contemporary Art will show sync by artist Lydia Ourahmane as part of the institution’s Pause series. The artist presents a site-specific installation in collaboration with musician Daniel Blumberg.

sync revolves around the heartbeat as the only insurance of our permanence. The doors of KW’s main hall will remain open for 24 hours to interrogate the endurance of visitors and artist alike. You are invited to participate in the creation of an immersive sound composition generated from the heartbeats of the participants.
