BAD+ Bordeaux Art + Design is an international art fair that brings together contemporary art, design, and the French art of living. It places particular emphasis on promoting the contemporary emerging art scene and provides a platform for dialogue between different disciplines.
Special Features:
The fair takes place at Hangar 14 in Bordeaux and welcomes more than 55 French and international galleries as well as over 8,000 visitors. Its program includes thematic exhibitions, performances, culinary experiences, and collaborations with regional wineries. Special attention is given to socially relevant topics such as migration, colonialism, and racism.
Target Audience:
BAD+ is aimed at professionals, collectors, curators, designers, and art enthusiasts interested in contemporary art and design.
History:
Founded in 2022, the fair has quickly established itself as an important event in the international art calendar. It is organized by Bordeaux Events and More (BEAM) and was initially held annually. Due to internal restructuring, the fourth edition has been postponed to 2026.
