From 28 to 30 April, the 19th Gallery Weekend Berlin will take place with 55 participating galleries. The numerous concerted exhibition openings and events bring collectors, artists, museum directors, curators, journalists and art lovers from all over the world to the city every spring.

Spread over more than 50 locations, an extensive programme with around 80 international artists* will be presented. Alongside established names such as Alexandra Bircken, Cao Fei, Adrian Ghenie, Sheila Hicks, Jorge Pardo, Charlotte Posenenske or Hito Steyerl, emerging positions such as Monia Ben Hamouda, Aziz Hazara, Samuel Hindolo, Frieda Toranzo Jaeger, Kaloki Nyamai or Diamond Stingily will be on show. The younger Berlin galleries within the Gallery Weekend are particularly noteworthy and show artists of their generation such as Rhea Dillon (Sweetwater), Josefine Reisch (Noah Klink), Jordan Strafer (Heidi) and Leyla Yenirce (Crooked Teeth).
Participating for the first time this year are Galerie Bastian in Dahlem (Cy Twombly), LEVY Galerie in Moabit (Max Neumann) and the galleries Georg Nothelfer in Tiergarten (K.R.H. Sonderbog) and HUA International (Chen Dandizi) on Potsdamer Straße.
The digital map on the Gallery Weekend Berlin website (gallery-weekend-berlin.de) provides assistance in navigating between the locations. Other digital formats such as artist interviews, studio visits, gallery portraits or exhibition tours allow exciting insights into the Berlin gallery scene throughout the year and provide information on current exhibitions, especially with regard to the upcoming Gallery Weekend.
