On 24 November 2023, the annual charity art auction of the Rotary Club Berlin-Luftbrücke will take place in St. Matthäus-Kirche at the Kulturforum near Potsdamer Platz.

Around 50 works of art will be auctioned off for the benefit of the Elisabethstift children’s home in Berlin, the Björn Schulz Foundation and the C/O Berlin Foundation.
The Elisabethstift has been committed to helping children and families in need for 197 years. It currently offers around 180 places for children and young people and provides outpatient care for around 60 families.
The Björn Schulz Foundation has been relieving, supporting and accompanying families with children, adolescents and young adults with life-shortening illnesses since 1996, from the time of diagnosis, throughout the course of the illness and into the time of saying goodbye and mourning.
This year, the exhibition house for photography C/O Berlin is expanding its charitable commitment and offering the new “Perspectives” programme to children and young people in socially disadvantaged situations. Imparting artistic knowledge, developing creativity in a playful way and sharpening perception – in workshops lasting several days, the young participants learn about visual media from photography to film under professional conditions in a team.
The auction catalogue can be viewed in advance HERE. Admission to the auction is 20 euros and includes a bidder number as well as drinks and snacks during the evening. Registration in advance is possible via E-Mail.
