SCOTTY is currently showing the exhibition Fragments by the artists Heike Gallmeier and Annette Gödde. Heike Gallmeier and Annette Gödde push the limits of artistic expression by engaging in a dynamic interplay of construction, deconstruction, and transformation. Their works blur the lines between different media, challenging perceptions of space, materiality, and image-making. Gallmeier’s installations and staged photographs explore the fragile balance between reality and illusion, while Gödde’s layered compositions shift between digital manipulation and tactile experimentation. Both artists invite viewers into immersive visual worlds where fragmentation, memory, and reinterpretation take center stage. Through their distinct approaches, they create artworks that demand an active, exploratory engagement—where meaning emerges through process, texture, and the act of seeing itself.
